15 year old girl raped by her father for 2 months in Ludhiana

लुधियाना में 15 साल की लड़की से उसके पिता ने 2 महीने तक रेप किया

   Ludhiana: In Ludhiana, Punjab, police have arrested a man for sexually assaulting his 15-year-old daughter.  The victim's mother lodged a police complaint on Tuesday.

   According to the police, during interrogation it was revealed that the 47 year old accused was raping his minor daughter for the last two months.  Following the riots, the mother filed the complaint again on December 10 after the girl was allegedly assaulted.

   

Now, an FIR has been registered under section 354 of the Indian Penal Code (IPC) and relevant sections of the POCSO Act.

  लुधियाना: पंजाब के लुधियाना में पुलिस ने एक व्यक्ति को अपनी 15 वर्षीय बेटी का यौन उत्पीड़न करने के आरोप में गिरफ्तार किया है. पीड़िता की मां ने मंगलवार को पुलिस में शिकायत दर्ज कराई।

  पुलिस के मुताबिक पूछताछ में पता चला कि 47 साल का आरोपी पिछले दो महीने से अपनी नाबालिग बेटी से रेप कर रहा था. दंगों के बाद, लड़की के साथ कथित तौर पर मारपीट के बाद मां ने 10 दिसंबर को फिर से शिकायत दर्ज कराई।

  अब, भारतीय दंड संहिता (आईपीसी) की धारा 354 और POCSO अधिनियम की संबंधित धाराओं के तहत एक प्राथमिकी दर्ज की गई है।
