Controversy Erupts Between Sandeep Maheshwari and Vivek Bindra Over Alleged Scam

A heated debate has emerged between two prominent Indian YouTubers and motivational speakers, Sandeep Maheshwari and Dr. Vivek Bindra, over an alleged scam related to courses sold by Dr. Bindra. 

This dispute surfaced approximately nine days ago when Sandeep Maheshwari uploaded a video on his YouTube channel featuring discussions with two individuals who claimed to have been wronged. They alleged purchasing a course, touted by Dr. Bindra, termed as "a course by a big YouTuber," but found it to be lacking in value. 

According to them, the course primarily transformed them into salesmen instead of providing the promised business insights. One individual mentioned buying the course for Rs 50,000, while the other disclosed a purchase at Rs 35,000.

The individuals asserted that they were encouraged to sell the course further and were essentially involved in multi-level marketing. Sandeep Maheshwari expressed astonishment at these claims, denouncing the situation as a significant scheme that should be stopped. The day after this post, Maheshwari disclosed on the YouTube community that there were attempts to pressure him into removing the video from his channel, and several people had visited his residence, but he refused to take it down. Until this point, the identity of the "big YouTuber" was undisclosed.

Following Maheshwari's video, Dr. Vivek Bindra responded via a post, challenging the allegations made against him. He claimed that the accusations were baseless and clarified his efforts in running programs for entrepreneurs without charging any fees. He openly challenged Sandeep Maheshwari, inviting him to a discussion to address every question.

Additionally, the controversial course, known as the IBC (Independent Business Consultant) model, priced between Rs 35,000 to Rs 70,000, has come under scrutiny. Allegations suggest that the course lacks substantial value, especially for individuals from economically disadvantaged backgrounds, who are allegedly being trapped into purchasing it. Moreover, those enrolled in the course have reported additional expenses for customer leads data.

Sandeep Maheshwari's stance seems to revolve around condemning the unethical means of selling courses through manipulation.

The ongoing controversy has sparked a #StopVivekBindra trend on Twitter, where users express their opinions and concerns regarding the alleged scam and its repercussions.

It remains to be seen what legal action will be taken between these two in the coming time, but as of now, Sandeep Maheshwari seems to have the upper hand.

 यह विवाद लगभग नौ दिन पहले तब सामने आया जब संदीप माहेश्वरी ने अपने यूट्यूब चैनल पर एक वीडियो अपलोड किया जिसमें दो व्यक्तियों के साथ चर्चा की गई थी, जिन्होंने दावा किया था कि उनके साथ गलत हुआ है। उन्होंने डॉ. बिंद्रा द्वारा प्रचारित एक पाठ्यक्रम खरीदने का आरोप लगाया, जिसे "एक बड़े यूट्यूबर द्वारा पाठ्यक्रम" कहा गया, लेकिन पाया गया कि इसमें मूल्य की कमी है।

 उनके अनुसार, पाठ्यक्रम ने उन्हें वादे के अनुसार व्यावसायिक अंतर्दृष्टि प्रदान करने के बजाय मुख्य रूप से सेल्समैन में बदल दिया। एक व्यक्ति ने कोर्स को 50,000 रुपये में खरीदने का उल्लेख किया, जबकि दूसरे ने 35,000 रुपये में खरीदारी का खुलासा किया।

 व्यक्तियों ने दावा किया कि उन्हें पाठ्यक्रम को आगे बेचने के लिए प्रोत्साहित किया गया था और वे अनिवार्य रूप से बहु-स्तरीय विपणन में शामिल थे। संदीप माहेश्वरी ने इन दावों पर आश्चर्य व्यक्त किया और स्थिति को एक महत्वपूर्ण योजना बताया, जिसे बंद किया जाना चाहिए। इस पोस्ट के अगले दिन, माहेश्वरी ने यूट्यूब समुदाय पर खुलासा किया कि उनके चैनल से वीडियो हटाने के लिए उन पर दबाव डालने की कोशिश की गई थी, और कई लोग उनके आवास पर आए थे, लेकिन उन्होंने इसे हटाने से इनकार कर दिया। इस बिंदु तक, "बड़े YouTuber" की पहचान अज्ञात थी।

 माहेश्वरी के वीडियो के बाद डॉ विवेक बिंद्रा ने एक पोस्ट के जरिए जवाब दिया और अपने ऊपर लगे आरोपों को चुनौती दी. उन्होंने दावा किया कि आरोप निराधार थे और उद्यमियों के लिए बिना कोई शुल्क लिए कार्यक्रम चलाने के अपने प्रयासों पर स्पष्टीकरण दिया। उन्होंने संदीप माहेश्वरी को खुली चुनौती देते हुए उन्हें हर सवाल का जवाब देने के लिए चर्चा के लिए आमंत्रित किया।

 इसके अतिरिक्त, विवादास्पद पाठ्यक्रम, जिसे आईबीसी (स्वतंत्र व्यापार सलाहकार) मॉडल के रूप में जाना जाता है, जिसकी कीमत 35,000 रुपये से 70,000 रुपये के बीच है, जांच के दायरे में आ गया है। आरोपों से पता चलता है कि पाठ्यक्रम में पर्याप्त मूल्य का अभाव है, खासकर आर्थिक रूप से वंचित पृष्ठभूमि के व्यक्तियों के लिए, जो कथित तौर पर इसे खरीदने में फंस रहे हैं। इसके अलावा, पाठ्यक्रम में नामांकित लोगों ने ग्राहक लीड डेटा के लिए अतिरिक्त खर्चों की सूचना दी है।

 संदीप माहेश्वरी का रुख हेरफेर के माध्यम से पाठ्यक्रम बेचने के अनैतिक तरीकों की निंदा के आसपास घूमता हुआ प्रतीत होता है।

 आने वाले समय में इन दोनों के बीच क्या कानूनी कार्रवाई होगी यह तो देखने वाली बात होगी, लेकिन फिलहाल तो पलड़ा संदीप माहेश्वरी का ही भारी नजर आ रहा है।
